From August 21st to 23rd, 2026, Saigon Cosmetics Corporation (SCC) successfully hosted its Team Building 2026 event under the theme “Going Further to Connect, Returning to Go Bigger” in the picturesque city of Da Lat.
Bringing together over 400 team members from across Northern, Central, and Southern Vietnam, everyone set aside their daily routines to reunite, immerse in nature, and create unforgettable memories!

Day 1: Gathering in the City of Flowers & Embracing Colors (Aug 21)

The Reunion: Over 400 SCC team members from across the country embarked on their journey to Da Lat.

Memorable Stops: The group visited the Bao Loc Ancient Tea Factory, enjoyed rich tea flavors at Tea Point and Tea Bobla, and checked into premium accommodations (Tea Resort Da Lat, Sandals Lily, and Tea Resort Prenn).

Immersed in Nature: On the first afternoon, members took time to unwind and capture countless stunning photos at the vibrant Hydrangea Garden.
Day 2: Honoring Heritage – Team Synergy – Exhilarating Gala (Aug 22)

Solemn Incense Offering Ceremony at Hung Temple: Starting the new day, the SCC family held a respectful incense offering ceremony at Hung Temple (Tea Resort Prenn). This meaningful activity honored ancestral heritage while offering prayers for peace, unity, and sustainable international growth for SCC.

High-Energy Team Building at Phoenix Square: Right after the ceremony, energy surged during a series of thrilling team challenges. Through seamless teamwork and determination, over 400 members conquered every obstacle, bridging the gap between office departments and production teams.

Day 3: Recharged & Ready to “Go Bigger” (Aug 23)

Following moments of relaxation and shopping for local specialties at Tea Point Loc An, the SCC team officially wrapped up the trip, returning to work with a renewed drive and fresh perspective.
